Detective Conan Movie 24: The Scarlet Bullet is Detective Conan's 24th film. This film tells the story of Conan Edogawa's actions with FBI agents Shuichi Akai, Shukichi Haneda, a professional shogi player, and Masumi Sera. Japanese Bullet, the world's first hollow tube super-conductor linear train built with the latest technology. The Japanese Bullet trains will be operated in conjunction with the WSG opening ceremony which will be held in Tokyo. 

Japanese Bullet trains will operate from Shin Nagoya station to Tokyo station at a speed of 1,000 km per hour. There is something strange in the WSG opening ceremony, a number of executives were mysteriously kidnapped. Conan concluded that the action this time had something to do with the WSG 15 years ago in Boston.

Tomoka Nagaoka (Detective Conan: Fist of Blue Sapphire) returns as the director of this anime and Takeharu Sakurai (Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer) is writing the film script. Katsuo Ono also remains the composer of the anime's music and the legendary Tokyo band Jihen contributed their song Eien no Fuzaishōmei (The Eternal Alibi)!

Quoting from the Anime News Network site, TOHO announced a new schedule for the release of the anime film The Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet. This anime film is scheduled to debut on April 16, 2021. Previously, TOHO scheduled the Detective Conan: The Scarlett Bullet film on April 17, 2020. TOHO deliberately postponed the release schedule of this anime film due to the corona virus outbreak that hit Japan and a number of other countries.

Not to be missed, Detective Conan comic artist Gosho Aoyama through the official Detective Conan Twitter account drew his personal message to all fans who had been waiting for this anime from before the delay occurred. Conan, Shuichi Akai and Masumi Sera who are in the illustration image of Aoyama apologized for the long wait and promised to work hard to meet their fans in April this year!
