The film Morbius, starring Jared Leto, has officially postponed its release schedule. Launching from Variety, Sony has announced a postponement of the release of the Morbius film, which was previously scheduled to air on March 19, 2021. Reported by Variety, Tuesday (12/1), this is because the studio continues to grapple with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the film industry. Now, Morbius will premiere in theaters on October 8.

Based on the Marvel Comics character, this superhero film centers on a biochemist who becomes a vampire after trying to heal himself from a rare blood disease. In order to cure his illness, Morbius was willing to conduct research to remote villages. Even the blessing of his research was that Morbius got the Nobel Prize. After being seen doing several experiments, Morbius finally infected himself with a special potion to cure his illness.
