The long-awaited The Promised Neverland has finally aired

One of the most awaited Japanese animated films (Anime) is The Promised Neverland (Yakusoku no Neverland) season two. The actual broadcast schedule was in October 2020 but due to Covid 19 it was postponed. But don't worry, the Anime film The Promised Neverland Season 2 can be watched through ANIPLUS ASIA, with a premiere on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 01.40 WIB. New episodes will be released every Friday at 01.00 WIB.

"The second season adapted for Weekly Shonen Jump The Promised Neverland will premiere on January 7 on Fuji TV," wrote Japanese television network Noitamina via Twitter.

In the trailer that aired, it appears that Emma and Ray guide Grace Field's children to survive in their previous world outside of their fake paradise. They must realize, "freedom is beautiful, but on the other hand freedom is also painful".

The Promised Neverland is a comic by Kaiu Shirai with illustrations by Posuka Demizu. In this comic, it is told about Grace Field House, an orphanage that keeps a terrible secret. Once upon a time, Emma, Norman, Ray, and the children of Grace Field House residents who tried to escape from Grace Field House, along with the terrible secret they kept.

The Promised Neverland

Apart from the anime, the adventures of Emma, Ray, and Norman were also adapted into a live-action film directed by Yuichiro Hirakawa. Hirakawa previously worked on a live-action film adaptation of the mystery manga "Kei Sanbe Boku dake ga Inai Machi / Erased" in 2016, with a screenplay written by Noriko Goto.
